Darque Tan's Managers combine the skills of management and administration in addition to that of counter personnel. A manager is responsible for screening staff applicants, administering salon policy, banking, inventory ordering and control, supervising salon maintenance, providing outstanding customer service, as well as selling tanning memberships and products. In addition, the employee is responsible for daily opening and/or closing of the salon, and supervision of salon employees. The qualified candidate will have the following experience: High School Diploma or higher. Previous sales experience. Management and leadership qualities. Willingness to work at all assigned salons. Any tanning experience is a plus! Valid work permits, visas, etc.
