Darque Tan's counter personnel can best be described as Customer Service/Sales Professionals.When hired as a CS/SP, an employee is given the official title of "Assistant Manager." This employee is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers, as well as selling tanning memberships and products. In addition, the employee is responsible for daily opening and/or closing of the salon, and supervision of the Salon Cleaner. Upper management positions are available to employees who have been with the company for a minimum of 90 days, and who have outperformed in all areas of the Assistant Manager position. Advancement within Darque Tan is based on performance, not seniority. The qualified candidate will have the following experience: High School Diploma or higher. Previous sales experience. Willingness to work at all assigned salons. Any tanning experience is a plus! Valid work permits, visas, etc.
